The Soy Foods MRA will be managed by the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Illinois. Dr. Cadwallader will serve as co-director and will facilitate MRA activities (e.g. meetings and proposal development) along with the ICSF staff. Dr. William Banz also will serve as co-director and will help facilitate MRA activities, especially as they relate to SIU researcher involvement.
