This project aims at the development of novel adjuvant-surfactants based on smart polymeric materials, instead of traditional substances. The major part of the research will be directed to the development of the polymeric formulations preventing herbicides antagonism from micronutrient and simultaneously improving the wetting of plant leaves by the herbicide composition and, thus, the herbicide uptake by the plant. The optimization of polymer chemical structures will be followed with screening tests in the laboratory and greenhouse.
